1. The service

The subscriber (a business) and the users it invites.

2. Subscription

Plans, monthly billing in AUD, changes, cancellation, and what happens to data on exit: export first, deletion after [n] days.

3. Your data

The subscriber owns its data. Instill holds a licence only to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

Including: a user connects only Xero organisations the subscriber is entitled to connect.

5. Xero

The connection is the subscriber's authorisation and can be withdrawn in either product. Instill is not Xero and lodges nothing with the ATO.

6. Professional judgement

Workpapers, worksheets and schedules assist; the subscriber and its advisers remain responsible for lodgements and accounts.
